Methsof at APP2018

Methsof attended the 2018 APP Conference on the Gold Coast between the 3rd and 6th of May. It was great to catch up with many of our existing customers, informing them of new product features, answering questions well as listening to suggestion for improving customer experience. Every viable suggestion has been considered and we look forward to delivering these in the near future.

We also had the privilege of meeting with many potential new customers, taking them through various demos from our product range.

Finally it was great to network with our existing and prospective vendor partners and hold formal meetings with pharmacy groups.

The weather was excellent yet again, ensuring everyone had a great time. We can’t wait for APP 2019!

Meth.D.A in NSW

NSW Health has approved Meth.D.A for use in community pharmacies as an alternative to the current, paper-based register, to properly account for their Schedule 8 drugs utilised in the NSW Opioid Treatment Program.

DD-Book and FRED Dispense Integration

DD-Book now integrates with FRED Dispense system.

Methsof has been working for a long time to create this solution in response to the most popular request from FRED Dispense customers.

“The integrated solution has been a huge hit in our store, and loved by all our pharmacists – it makes recording a breeze and ensures that nothing is missed” says Tom Goulopoulos from Priceline Pharmacy Blackburn who was one of the first customers to try out the newly integrated solution.

The integrated solution streamlines the Supply-to-Patient function in DD-Book by retrieving the relevant details directly from FRED Dispense. This provides a massive increase in efficiency and improved quality. This solution will give FRED Dispense customers an amazingly easy solution for recording S8 scripts into the drug register.

Meth.D.A in W.A

New Product Announcement – mHIRE

Methsof is proud to announce the availability of a new product called mHIRE.

Many pharmacies hire out equipment to their customers, such as crutches, wheelchairs, breast pumps and many other items. In most cases, the hire is managed manually with paper based processes.

As with many aspects of pharmacy, there is also quality processes that need to be followed.

mHIRE has been specifically designed to meet the needs of pharmacies that hire out equipment.

Using mHIRE pharmacies can computerise and automate their hire business.

Many pharmacies do not pay much attention to their hire business, partly due to the perceived effort involved. However, using a product such as mHIRE provides pharmacies the opportunity to run their hire business more safely and efficiently which can help them to grow their hire business for very little extra effort.
