Carl is the founder of Modeus and has extensive experience developing software for over 2 decades at a variety of companies from small start-ups right through to large corporates such as Infosys Technologies and Telstra.
Carl is passionate about how technology can be used in the health domain to improve patient outcomes, increase safety, compliance and enhance the productivity of customers.
National Sales Director
James joined Modeus in 2014, bringing over 16 years of sales and marketing experience to help Modeus scale nationally and into overseas markets.
Leading Modeus’ business development and account management teams, James is responsible for managing C-level relationships across customers, vendor partners and jurisdictional health departments.
James holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University, Melbourne majoring in Business Management.
Chief Operating Officer
Kirill is responsible for overseeing the day to day business operations at Modeus across product development, support, marketing and strategy. He is committed to the implementation and improvement of processes business-wide.
In his previous role, Kirill was Head of Production at a digital agency, acquiring over 10 years’ experience in delivery methodology, project & program management, UX, design and development across a large range of enterprise-level solutions for well known Australian and international brands. He is passionate about using design systems and software engineering best practices to scale teams and deliver results efficiently.
Kirill holds a Bachelor of Software Development degree from Swinburne University, Melbourne.
Rodney is the Managing Director of Smorgoncorp, a property development and investment company he established 26 years ago.
Prior to this Rodney was a Director of Smorgon Consolidated Industries (SCI) a large family owned conglomerate involved in meat, paper, glass, PET and steel manufacturing, where his responsibilities included all of the SCI Group property interests.
Rodney has a number of other Directorships across a broad range of sectors including finance, structured investments and software.
Josh has a background in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, underpinned by a deep understanding of financial strategy and capital markets. Since joining Jagen in 2018 as an Investment Manager, Josh has played a key role in identifying new investment opportunities and working within Jagen’s portfolio companies on value-add and strategic initiatives.
Josh provides strategic commercial guidance as a Modeus board member.
