Yes, you need a DDBook Cloud Premium or Unlimited license. We will use any remaining credit from your existing license towards your new license on the day of conversion

All active patients and their current scripts are migrated to MethDA Cloud

We require all pharmacists that have been active in the last 12 months to have an AHPRA number entered.

For patients, please ensure reference numbers are entered for any patient active in the last 3 months.

Both fields are mandatory as part of the pre-conversion steps.

No, we only migrate current active patients and scripts. Please ensure you have saved a complete register report from MethDA Desktop prior to your conversion appointment.

MethDA reports are accessed at the top of the program window under 'Reports'.

Back up your MethDA Data

We recommend backing up a copy of the database for safe keeping on an external hard drive or server that gets regularly backed up

MethDA Cloud is cloud-based and will be available on all computers that have internet access

Which e-signature pads are compatible with MethDA Cloud?MethDA Cloud is currently compatible with the ePad-ink signature pad model VP9805.

We do not sell hardware directly or endorse specific suppliers. However, many customers purchase the VP9805 from Australian suppliers such as E-Scan.

Do you recommend any accessories for the signing pad?
Yes, we always recommend purchasing screen protectors for your signing pad to keep the device surface safe and extend its lifespan.

Please confirm your requirement for an e-signing pad when making your booking and provide the make and model of the device you plan to use
