Step 2 : Fill out the form

Complete the short form on this page – it only takes 1–2 minutes.

If you’re a returning customer, this also confirms that your existing details are up to date.

What happens next

You’ll receive an email with a customised onboarding form. This will include:

  •  Any pre-installation instructions required for your dispense integration
  • A booking link to choose a convenient installation time

Once installation is booked:

  • A Support agent contact the pharmacy to complete the install
  • The installation invoice will be issued following setup

After installation:

  • Your tailored onboarding plan will guide you step-by-step to go live smoothly and confidently

Note for StrongRoom Customers

We will import your current stock balances during installation.

Historical transactions will not be imported, so we recommend:

  • Completing a full database backup
  • Exporting a register report to keep for reference
