What happens after I submit this form?

You’ll receive an email in 1-2 business days with a customised onboarding form. This will include:

  • Any pre-installation instructions required for your dispense integration

Once Onboarding has started:

  • A Support agent will complete your setup, and your invoice will be issued once setup is complete.

After installation:

  • Your tailored onboarding plan will guide you step-by-step to go live smoothly and confidently

I don't operate a pharmacy but require a controlled drug register (e.g. skin clinic or psychiatry clinic) which package should I choose?

DDBook Essentials is our defualt option for NZ customers if you have only one drug register.  When filling out the form, select "My dispense system is not listed." 

If you store controlled medicines in multiple locations within your clinic, please contact us here before filling out this form so our team can advise you on the appropriate pricing.

Does the Cloud version integrate with all the popular dispense software programmes?
 Yes, we integrate with all the major dispense systems 
Do I have to choose which computer to install DDBook Cloud on?

DDBook Cloud is cloud-based and will be available on all computers that have internet access.

What happens if the internet goes down?
 Don't panic, when the internet comes back up, your entries from your Dispense software will be waiting for you to approve
